Hi everyone!

I'm sure this doesn't come as a surprise, considering it's been months since the last update. But the comic isn't dead! 2017 was just a very tiring, sad year for me in many aspects of my life, and it was hard to get work done because of that. That being said, I'm looking forward at 2018 with high hopes, and I hope you guys will be willing to stay and join me! My plan is to update the site during hiatus with random tidbits of development art, what the story used to be, and maybe some quick sketch comics when I have the energy!

So why June? I want to build a buffer again, and come back to some sort of semi-regular schedule once more. I'm hoping this will give me enough time to do so!

Also, the show I've been working on has finally been announced: She-Ra is coming to Netflix! I've poured my heart and soul into boarding this for the past year, I really hope you all eventually watch and enjoy it! It's been a pleasure to work on.

Finally, I just want to say how sorry I am to you guys about how much I've floundered on this webcomic. So many of you have been so, so kind to me and so enthusiastic about this tiny story about a tiny man (lol), and I promise you that I'm not abandoning it. There's so much I want to tell with Vincent's story, things I wanna say!! I hope you all will stay with me to see it come to fruition.

HI GUYS!!

First of all, I'm so sorry for how long it took me to get this page out. It's been an emotional past couple of months for me, in terms of family situations. I'm okay now, so no worries! Work was pretty heavy for me on top of that and I couldn't manage to juggle things very well, I'm sorry for that. I'm gonna try my best to get the next page to you guys sooner.

In any case, thank you all once again for your patience and understanding. I love you guys and thank you for your continued support and enthusiasm!

GAH there was such a long wait between these pages, thank you all for your patience!! Things are slowly winding down for my personal affairs so hopefully we can get pages going again in a faster clip. Thank you!!

New page finally! I wrote a little something about my updates on twitter, but basically I'm still trying to get to a more consistent schedule without sacrificing my social life/friends/family. Thank you all so much for your patience and continued interest regardless of when I update! One day I will find a good balance between it all but for now I'm really happy with how the comic has been going. 

Also, I had some amazing fanworks come in?? Some wonderful people completed their fandub of the first chapter and I absolutely love it, please check out! And my friend Chris Bak made an amazing animation of Luke and Ursula dancing that I seriously cannot stop looking at. I hope you guys love it as much as I do!!

Caitlin and I met through tabling at ECCC and sharing a privileged position of being former Helioscope Studio interns. She's a wonderful comic artist who creates her own webcomic, Maiden of the Machine! A steampunk romance adventure story, the comic centers around the naive but brave Elizabeth Watson, who forges her own adventure despite living under the shadows of her courageous sister and father. She eventually gets more than what she bargains for when Mr. Lovelace, a famed industrialist, walks into her life bringing intrigue and mystery and more!

This amazing comic page is done by Mister Loki, who creates his own webcomic Until The Last Dog Dies. The short of it is about werewolf dogfighting in 1920's America, but it's really about a guy named Cage trying to gain citizenship papers for him and his pack. When he takes this chance of a lifetime through mystery man Dmitri Molokov, how much will he lose, or gain, in the dogfighting rings?

Loki has been one of my closest friends for the past 7+ years and it was such a joy to get this lovely artwork from him. I'm a huge fan of his work and I hope you guys get as hooked to his webcomic as I am! It's going to be a great ride, I assure you. While this comic is certainly for mature audiences, Loki is incredibly prolific and makes some wonderful LGBTQ+, family-friendly short comics as well!

This marks the end of chapter 2. Today is the 2nd year anniversary of The Lonely Vincent Bellingham, and although I didn't go as far as I hoped to, I'm really happy I made it here, and that you're all along for the ride. Thank you for reading, and thank you for your continued interest and patience.  

Next week will be an intermission page (it's either 1 or 2 pages, haven't quite decided yet), and the weeks after will be guest art from talented friends of mine. Chapter 3 will start sometime in January, where we'll finally see some new faces. See you guys next week!
